With Carpet ME, you can design carpet of your size ranging from inches to several feet. What you have to do is just to input the size and knot values and see the result. Carpet ME does everything else for you. You can view the actual knot layout according to the knots per inch values you have specified.

Generate your own motifs to include in the carpet

With Carpet ME, you can play the role of a creative art worker using special image generating wizards. You can create wonderful images with spectacular color and rendering effects merely by changing some parameters in the input regions of the wizards. You can use the colors of your choice in these automatically generated images.

Image selection and tiling facility

Generate unprecedented variety of images from a small number of original motifs. You can select any portion of the source image, and the portion is magically tiled. Specify Borders, Patterns and motifs of the carpet you are going to design

You can design carpet borders with your own Dimensions, Motifs and Colors.

Select the motifs from the library chooses the image files already in the computer. Alternatively, you can also scan in the good designs and use them in carpet.

Color management and image editing

Manage the color of the image according to your convenience. You can view the different colors that are used in any design. You can then reduce the number of colors used in the image if needed, and smoothen the image by painting it with desired colors. You can replace any color in the image using the color of your choice to give unique new look to the image.

Yarn Requirement Estimation 

Estimate the wool of each color that will be consumed in weaving one carpet of the dimension and knots you specified in the program. This helps you calculate your wool stock beforehand and you manufacturing process can run smoothly.

User defined carpet dimensions and fineness

Vary the size of the carpet from inches to several feet using same graphical pattern. Once you specify the carpet dimensions, Carpet ME automatically defines the knots per inch resolution of the carpet according to your requirements which can be defined merely at the clicking of a button.

Printing the final design with knots layout

Print the final knot layout design too, define your own paper dimensions, the size you want to fit in one page, and also specify which portion of the design you want to print. The print module prints the appropriate portion of the design according to the size of the paper you specify. Automatic image segmentation divides the image into segments that match the paper size without any loss of image from one page to another.

Various Printing Options

With Carpet ME, you can print the final knot layout design in many flavors. You can print the full color graph, you can print the outline colors only, or you can also print black and white outlines.
